On the occasion of the group exhibition Angels. Cinquant’anni di storie del Pastificio Cerere, curated by Marcello Smarrelli at Fondazione Pastificio Cerere, Roma, Numero Cromatico presented the project Io vi darei tutto il mio amore.
The project is linked to Somnium (2022-ongoing) born to reflect on the oneiric activity, its creative potential and confrontation with one’s inner world. Since its onset, the project has been divided into several stages: the creation of artworks on different media; the involvement of the public through devices to stimulate the memory of dreams; the creation of anthologies and literary archives based on the collection of the public’s dreams.
Io vi darei tutto il mio amore includes three different outputs: a large installation located in the Fondazione’s courtyard, which displays a poem already used as a stimulus in Somnium’s devices; the diffusion throughout the city of Rome of extracts of dreams collected over the years – used as a projective stimulus for the public – through A.P.A.’s billposting and ledwall installations; the distribution of devices for stimulating dreams throughout the duration of the exhibition.
